hay i had a prang yesterday, the guy admitted responsibility, insurance details swapped and witnesses collected etc etc as normal, got a quote for £1k t sort it out, all cosmetic, phew, bt my insurance company might not pay out, because they have no record of my alloy wheels being claimed, they have all my audio equipment, bt my parents and I know for a fact that we claimed them, mainly cus they where so chuffin expensive!
Anyone else had thgis problem, what did you do about it? is the insurance company trying to get out of paying up because ima young driver or isit a fault on their behalf for not correctly updating the policy.
