For a good one with decent mileage at least £7k I'd say.

Fabias are still so High in price
I looked at 2 when I was after a new car,
black one, cruise climate leather was on about 40k for £8250
So I bought mine 18months old climate leather bluetooth and sunroof and 18k for £8300
Vags hold their value well, if your going vag for 5k its going to be either tatty or a high miler
