I have been trying with no sucess to find the connections for the cigarette lighter.
Can anyone help?
I have felt all the way along the loom under the sterio but cannot find it.

I think some models dont have it, my 1.2 p plate did and i cut the tape off and used it but my mates 1.0l didnt have it at all. Maybe pot luck i dont know. was a bitch to find on my old one tho, hidden round the back. Just feels like a boldge in the tape.

I have a 1.2 and found the rear speaker cable,temp sensor and MFD connector so thought it would have a ciggi lighter wires.

they should be there, as my 1.2 P plate didnt have a lighter, but the wires were there, heavily taped up, directly behind where the stereo was, try taking your sterio out, also remove the under glovebox tray if fitted to give more room to move, its a case of feeling the wires out rather than being able to see them

see the black plug at the bottom on the left.. its meant to be that.. if you look closely ive circled it

i couldn't find mine to neither so gonna wire it up to the iso lead on my cd player.

Sorted now wired it up trough the black on the heated rear window switch.

the relay base modles dont have it my m reg ls had it and glove box light and boot light but my p reg merit dosnt have any of that
