i doubt there will be any noticable BHP gains, but will sound a bit better i should imagine.
What exhaust have you got on at the min?

Yes, good quality, but you're talking about noise really.
Pretty much 0bhp performance for to be had by changing in this part.

what about a decat with the standard centre section .do they add a bit power?

Hard to say. Perhaps. On a rolling road setting might make the difference of 1/2bhp.
I had a decat on my 130bhp C16 many years ago, and tbh I couldn't notice any difference on before. bar changed noise a bit and spewed toxic gas out the back end!
If doing it again, Id probably have stuck with an upgraded cat back exhaust i.e. centre section and backbox. and kept the cat in for hassle at MOT times and selling the car on.
COurse thats just my opinion i know lots of others may disagree/agree!
