well me and my mate have completed the conversion 1.0l 12v to a 2.0lxe but it starts and every thing but which exhaust can we use?? lol. we have totaly forgot about it.
do we have to get a custom made one? or which will fit the xe manifold? and dont stick out another meter like the one the engine came from.
just need one to get to powerflow to have one made..

Id get a custom one made up 2bh m8, and you can make it sound how you want.
There are off the shelf one's but i wouldn't reccommend it.
Powerflow or longlife and your sorted m8

big thxs, but is there any exhaust i can use to get it there? as we have no exhaust for it atal lol. so at the min we cant get it there lol.

You could prob make the 1.0 exhaust fit but prob alot of work 2bh. If can just get it towed there.

You could make any off the shelf corsa exhaust fit by mmodifying "CUT AND WELD" the flange on the end of the XE manifold where it joins.
Best off getting a decent 2.25" exhaust made up professionally.

yeh i am going to get a decent one made up but we dont have a towing lisence so we cant tow it on a roads. and theres only one way to get to are closest powerflow center, and thats on a 'A' road lol. so we at least need some sort off exhaust that can be bolted on. for 30 miles use lol. we also had all are welding done about 10/15 miles away so we cant really have a exhaust welded as we can get the car there lol. think we might just drive it down with a saxo vtr exhaust straped on we only gotta get it there and we are sorted.
what width pipe would be the best? looking at low end power mostly, 2.25 is a bit big for that isnt it? only want about a 2/2'50 inch back box tip.
what sort off times do XE's run at santa pod? with breathing mods? and also when they cammed/tb's??
