When i try to signal the light on my dials says the signal is on but no lights on the exterior come on at all, my hazard warning buttin is off, but i dout this would cause much! what do you think..... thanks

I think you doubt wrong. IIRC, without the hazard switch you have no power feed to the flasher unit.
