the dvd drive packed up in my system, but i use ps3 for dvds now, but still have audio through surround sound. i wanna buy a amplifier system but not sure what to get, dont need speakers etc...

upto £200ish please

You could get a Onkyo 505 for £250 which will do everything you need and far, far more... That's if your speakers are up to it!

Not sure really, but go on AVForums and look in the classifieds. You'd be better off buying 2nd hand as they're faultless -- really!
