ive got spax rear dampers and 90mm rear springs at the moment, but if i take the springs out the arch sits level with the wheel lip (which is equal to -100m) so obviously it would just sit on the bump stops..
is there anyway i could take the bumpstops out the shocks so i can lower it 100mm and still have movement?
can anyone shine some light on this please..

You don't want to take the bump stops out. If the spring bottoms out then you will ruin your car.

And why are there so many tech questions in General Chat these days.

I believe shorter shocks can be used for lowering 100mm. I'm sure Dave A will be along shortly to confirm
