Right have a X14XE corsa...but want rid of it, still thinking of keeping the corsa dream alive for a play so looking into getting a new X16XE corsa and switching the parts over/getting a X16XE engine...maybe a C20XE conversion on mine.

All over the place i what to do really...want another car but dont know what to get, other than a corsa

So plan is have a play with tuning up a 1.6, so what would be acheivable for say £1000-£1250 budget, and what am i gonna see from it?

was thinking

cams???
manifold???
weight sheding
inlet manifold???
remap???
what else???

not sure what i could do for the money and whether to just buy a cheap vts/gti

Inlet - £300
Cams - £300
Verniers - £200 - Only dbilas make these.
Ex Man - £200
De-Cat - £60
Mapping - Not too sure, £300 at MSD

Total of £1360. Would give a nice incrase, but to be honest you may aswell go the throttle body route instead of doin what is listed above.

haha gsi's yeah...I would but its abit to high priced for me...seen lower mileage for less but never white with an exhaust like his

I've also seen a stupidly cheap 172 cup with previous accident damage looking mint!

Linch Managed to make 143 Bhp and he has spent about £900. Fairly mild spec aswell, Throttle Bodies and Managment, Standard cams, Standard Manifold with Decat system.

quick question- can you run a turbo conversion with just a remap. pretty sure you can because thats all regal do.

high jacked...its interesting what the small blocks can do...far more interesting then simply putting a c20xe in...IMO for project sense like.
