Mine says in a manual that it's supposed to be a 4 speed box, but I have a 5 speed box.

i drove a 1.0 for about 9 months, it may not feel that bad if you haven't driven anything else, after you have, going back to it is an eye opener

The manuals are bollocks coz it says in mine that 1.0 12v engines only produce 40bhp when its more like 55bhp.

And Josh, like I said before, 1.2 8v has better accelleration than 12v, the only reason why 12v have a supoosed higher top speed is coz the rev limiter is higher.

I passed my test in February 2005. Actually bought a car in November 2004. A 1.4 16v Fiesta, so pretty quick. Was the missus car strictly speaking. Then that went bang about July 2006. Come September 2006 I was driving a 12v

I think some of the really early Corsa B 1.2 8vs like on K plates and L reg were 4 speed.

My old old N reg was a 5 speed
