Right got some £££ to spend on some AV.

I currently have a Panasonic Home cinema system which is good but a little dated. Its only for my bedroom so im not looking to spend millions or acheive some sort of audio nirvana.

Im after a decent TV, i want ideally an LG scarlett as it would match my room [/gay] and it looks fucking boss. BUT i have read in reviews its not brilliant at handling fast moving images....

I have seen this samsung:
Samsung 42"

Which is £200 cheaper than the LG (£800) same size, resoloution etc. 1 less hdmi port but thats about it. I could ideally get a PS3 for blu ray or update my home cinema sounds to a new wireless kit.

Is it a good tv?

This is the LG:

LG scarlet
and this the Panasonic alternative:

Panasonic

Are the other 2 tvs worth the extra £200?!?!?!

Then get something that runs 720p/1080p. Then allyou need to do is hook up the ps3 using a HDMI cable jobs a good un. Wii can be hooked up via an Optical as can the X box

If you want quality stay away from samsung and LG
Panasonic plasma is what you want, dont believe all this bollocks about plasmas, they can last just as long as LCDs and plasma burn is a thing of the past these days with the newer plasma tvs.
You wont get a better picture than a Panasonic plasma for the money,
End of.
