It depends on what the intended swept area is and the tolerance for disc width. Knocking up brackets is a piece of piss.

mark, according to adam, the easiest are the Fiat Coupe brakes. They're brembo 4 pots, and apparently go virtually straight on...its just finding some.

Get a caliper, get a hub, work out the size of disc, make a cardboard template for the bracket, do a decent drawing, get it machined up.
Easy.
