what would be the best set up on a 1.4 corsa sport to have the best handling possible?
and also how can you reduce the revs at 70mph? currently at 3200rpm at 70 but im looking to reduce it to under 3000rpm, is it possible?

To reduce the revs at 70mph you need either a different gearbox (probably an F13WR or F15WR) or the 5th gear from a different gearbox (again, one of the WR ones)

As for the handling, Pilbeam.

if you change the final drive that will affect all gearing, and i'd think you wouldnt want to make your car slower through the gears.

The correct way to do it is just a longer 5th gear.

Buy a wide ratio gearbox and swap the 5th gear from it into the gearbox you have.
