have had to put 5mm spacers on the back and now my steering wheel vibrates when braking hard is this related ?

are they flat spacers or hubcentric ones? they only on rear or front too?

I hope you fitted longer wheel bolts as well? You will only have 3/4mm of thread holding it to the hub.
