Other than not driving like a tool no
The stock map is set but you could get mapable management and get it remapped but will still use just as much fuel…

running leaner = running hotter

when running leaner you will need to also adjust ignition timing to avoid the cylinders getting too hot. I have seen engines run too lean and melt an exhaust valve.
