...have gone on the GF's car.
Checked the bulbs first, both ok.
Checked the fuses and i think i'm checking the right fuse (Fuse 25) but would just like someone to confirm...
Fuse 25 seems to be ok, so i'm even more confused!
Any help appreciated.

More than likely the switch, bridge the 2 connections on the plug. Switch the ignition on, if they come on its the switch thats buggered.

try the switch on the front of the gear box,try bridging the two wires out as mentioned above...
