the passengers dont mind, we just have a laff and giggle when we talk and it sounds like someone is thudding your back so you sound funny..

like i said a few years back i had a escort mk4 on standard shocks and chopped springs (had about 2/3 coils) was about 100mm all round and sooo bouncy, but i still lived with it.. (bought the car like it may i add)

whats it like for you then being -80mm front and -100mm rear?

i dont think il be winding mine down all the way but about -70mm on front will be fine...

the only thing that bothers me is the exhaust scraping, it pisses me off quite bad, but once the clearance is sorted (hopefully have time next weekend)

plus if it does scrub on the rear aches il grind them down and bond arches on, but dont have anyone in the back anyway tbh

At 80mm front my mudflaps and manifold/cat scrap everywhere. and thats after iv trimmed the mudflaps, just generally not a good ride height for enjoyin driving the car.

You seem content that your going to do it, so really bit pointless me and mark telling you to do otherwise (cosidering, wwe have tried nearly every ride height possible)

im not going -80mm front, personally i think thats a tad to low, il wind it down about -70mm and put it on quite soft setting..

but still going -100mm rear tbh
