Anyone used this? My 6288 has got the restarting automatically problem (googling brings up swathes of topics about it).
Was thinking of sending it to the free post address on the Nokia site, it says proof of purchase may be required. Now I bought it off ebay as a brand new phone (sealed in original nokia box, bought it from a shop) but will they accept that as a receipt or say it was bought second hand?

Ive just updated the software/firmware on it so will test it out in the next few days and if it keeps fecking up ill send it to them. I havent read the small print yet but do they send you a bill before sending your phone back to you? Id rather just have a new phone instead of repairing this old one
