A lot of people put them in the oven to melt the glue.

Or dip the lense in boiling water, being careful not to dip the bulbs and stuff in

Place onto a baking tray, in the centre of a pre-heated oven, at gas mark 8 (220), for 10-15 minuites, turning throughout, cook until the juices run clear.

all done . ended up crackin the glass by mistake so had to use another set of light for the glass now all done . proud of my self hahacheers
