Its not THAT hard, get the correct mounts and shafts and hubs before you start rather than make it up as you go along.

Can be a pain deciding on which intercooler to use and where to put it and route the pipes, especially if you dont want to cut half your bumper away.

wiring is straight forward but space is a little tight in the bay afterwards, I did it engine/gearbox in, turbo on, squeeze rad in.

ah nice 1, did you wire the engine ect after its all in?
also im guessing you just wire to the original corsa wiring such as fuel pump diag socket rev ect?
another fing i was worying about was.. did u lift the car over the engine or just drop the engine in??

The wiring drops down into the footwell behind the kick panel. You have a 9 pin plug on the Corsa loom (3x3 configuration) where it goes to, other than that I extended the ECU live feed from the engine bay and joined that up at the same place. Mainly all the crap you can see at the back of the bay on the drivers side.

Mine went in from underneath and then I lowered the car down a touch then lifted the engine with a hoist to match the 2 together.

Hope that helps?
