yeah as far as i can work out it'll have to be an axle from a cav 4x4 or the likes, so it would be mega wide, unles it was cut and shortened etc
anyway am looking for some advice on how it would be done

so am i right in saying on a cav there is a version which is 2litre turbo 4x4??
so in THEORY it would be possible to mount the engine etc in a corsa, using the appropriate mounts etc, and attach the cav back axle and get a custom prop made and it would work, would it not??

the fuel take needs relocated, and too get all this done in a corsa b you need to cut about half the floor pan out and weld a new one in, with a relocated fuel tank, and exhaust would need re-routed, if you can alot of cash and a good idea what your doing, it could be done, the custom propshaft and tunnel for rear would be fun to do

i'm sure i saw a tigra with the engine at the front and the calibra 4x4 running gear, they cut out the calibra floor pan and welded it to the tigra.
