Im a totoal retard, If you have the standard inlet then the throttle is harder to get to, need to take the upper inlet manifold off and the secondary air injection pump if i remember correctly, need to take quite a bit off because its in an awkward position.
A new TPS from vauxhall wont be expensive I wouldnt have thought but you will need your mate with the scanner to set it correctly if you fit a new one. Either that or get one from a scrap yard like I did ages ago when mine went

Yeah its on the side of the throttle body, theres the ICV and the TPS on it, should be obvious which is which when u get the throttle off.

outside air temp is done by a daft bit of metal behind the front bumper i wouldn't worry about that for now.. The over fueling problem will more than likely be the coolant temp sensor.. They tend to go and cause this problem on the 14xe and 16xe.. As for sticking rev's im not to sure.. Have you made sure that there are no air leaks on the upper inlet side of things, or the piping that runs from it hasn't split?
