alryt got a slight problem with my redtop
when i put my foot down in any gear the car piks up awesome until around 3500rpm then splutters quite badly its the same in every gear
anyone every had any probs like this?

i have a similar problem but lower end revs, my car has had new full exhaust system and ive had the air filter on and off so resetting the ecu tonight left battery d/c if this works id try that. If not i'm going to try a different AFM.

well the kid who had the car before me said he drove the car with hardly no fuel in the tank, so he rekons its sucked sum shit up out of the fuel tank which has eaithere blocked the fuel filter or the injectors
thats what he said but i duno if that would cause my problem

sounds like the fule pump is struggling
have you got a mpi pump in the tank?

Going by his sig, if the it was a 1.2 16v before the conversion, the fuel pump should be fine.

na the sig isnt for that car its for a diff car mate...
the car the redtops in used to be a 14sri now redtopped
