what sort of gains do you get?

worth doing? how many people on here done it?

total vauxhall said there were considerable gains in bottom end torque to help keep in the boost when changing gear, if setup corrrectly should feel more lively

I assume it doesn't matter what XE the inlet cam comes from? e.g. early or late XE?
