What do you mean by not connected? No wires what so ever between the steering wheel and horn, or is it just unplugged? You need to be a bit more specific really.
Oh, and there's no need to bump a thread 3 times in two hours.

sorry mate didnt know it was a crime to bump a thread, and i need to fix it for tomoz for mot, its unplugged , just need to know if its the case of plugging in or does it have a pos n neg?

on strathy I thought you meant you had bare wires. Or did you wire the plug up?
If it's a plug try it one way then the other

You just said its only unplugged, now you say you have bare wires?
I don't see why a horn would have positive and negative, but the plug will only physically fit one way anyway as it clips on.

it is two bare wires that i need to put connectors on n put them on, can i just put any cable on any connector on the horn itself?

Bumping a thread three times in two hours isn't a crime but it's bloody annoying and spammy when you try and read the thread. At least delete the older ones if you must rush your answer.
The wires in the engine bay should be black earth and brown-white for the switched live supply.

one is earth and one is the live feed isnt it. just put them on and push the horn. if its wrong swap them over how hard can it be.
