Am bored of seeing the font I use for my business everywhere these days (it wasn't when I chose it!!)

It's called Neuropol and is the main font in my logo etc here: www.refineddetail.co.uk

I quite like Eurostile, Helevtica 63 extended etc but can't decide what looks good. It will be used in some redesigned sign writing on my van and a rework of my logo with Neuropol just being kept for the Refined Detail text.

Any suggestions welcome!

Cheers

Rich

Helevtica is a good design font, simple plain and just better thena Ariel etc...

Neuropol has been around for so long, it's always been used too much by people who learn to design websites online, its like the top 5 fonts every so called "designer" needs from the net.

Helvetica, whilst it is a nice font it is also overused.

For your Refined Detail business, i reckon a more slick/crisp/professional looking Serif font would look better. Give it that more professional/prestigious feel to it.

Best bet is to pay for a good font, get it done properly.

Nothing worse than having a font that any tom dick and harry gets with Microsoft Word.

Thanks everyone for the input

Futura is nice actually, but I've now settled on one: http://www.fontfreak.com/charactermaps/o/OldRepublic.htm

I quite like it anyway!

Would probably be better than Neuropol for the main RefineDetail, but i would of chosen a clearer/simpler font for the main info on your van

But then again, its not my business

I for one know how hard it can be to change a clients mind once they already have it set in stone in their head

The words Refined Detail will be staying in Neurpol because I don't feel it's too hard to read that, and it's also on quite a lot of stuff like that (stationery, signwriting etc) but the rest of it will be changed to Old Republic, the sites being tweaked atm too, and a new colour will be added.

Vans also having revised sign writing which will be easier to read
