werent bttc cavs around 260bhp?

but think they had to limit power.

biggest power would be a drag car from south africa or something

200bhp per litre n/a is a rule of thumb

wouldnt last too long at all, but 400bhp is entirely possoble

would probs need a rebuild every 2000miles

look at brosters B for proof lol

i thought N/A they are capable of 290, but obviously that wouldnt be suitable on the road. Without nitrous or forced injection, id say 385 was impossible

Or at least with off the shelf parts, with F1 technology style parts and a lot of custom bits, then yeah, but it wouldnt be worth the cost

but proper "1 off bits" would require hours and hours of R&D and testing. the costs would be prohibitively expensice. The 290bhp kit is around the £10,000+ mark IIRC

if james valver is the lad who had the feature with the gsi, and claimed the motor would make 250bhp, then sorry but the spec of the engine wouldnt make a genuine 220bhp!!

sand-eel whats your spec if think running about 270-280bhp mark?, be good to know

swindon, sbd, speiss and Risse are some of the more well known companies, chucking out around the 300bhp mark, but thats serious wedge, not useable on the road, and need rebuild every couple of thou max. dry sumped, all steel, +2valved head, etc etc etc, list goes on
