I have been looking at a set of drive shafts on ebay for a 2.0 conversion and I am trying to find out whats the best CV joints to use can I use a corsa one on the hub end and a cavilier on the engine side

hello i used cavalier inners and gsi outers hope this helps

Depends what kind of driveshafts they are, they might just be gsi shafts where you use a gsi outer cv and a cav inner, or they might be the bigger ones where you use a calibra turbo inner CV and an astra gsi outer CV

Calibra turbo inners are the same fit as a MK2 cav, both are big block

Are you sure about that? The turbo inners have more splines in the driveshaft end of the CV and the cav ones have the same splines as the gsi shafts?

could be wrong but thats how I saw it

Spot on, the female splines on the inner differ. They will both physically fit into the box though due to the male splines.
