ordered a gauge holder ages ago now lol. turned up and id got the wrong one so rung up the company and they said no problem post it back (monday 8th december) then i rang them a week later to check on when to expect the new one and they said it was sent out on tuesday 16th December and im still yet to recieve anything.

are royail fail that bad or you think its lost somewhere

nah royal mail are usually alright, you shouldnt be suprised that stuff take longer at christmas.
