Back ones are easy. Just nuts inside the arch.
But on the front, you can only access two of the nuts. One is behind the flap that holds the bumper on. The other is just plain in front of you. But then it appears two are behind the liner?
Do you have to remove the liner? And if so how? I can find 1 10mm bolt holding the liner in, but then there seems to be a load of round rubber things holding it in...
Haynes book of lies isn't much help on the matter.

the round rubber things are like rivets you need to push the middle out on them

the only way to do it is to take the wheel off, pop the rivets and give the lining a good yank. don't worry you wont damage it as long as you've remembered to remove the 10mm nut from the back of the lining. once its loose from the wing you'll be able to feel for the nuts. ( you have to remove the mud flap too if fitted.) Its a surprisingly big job for something that is quite strait forward.
