i removed one of my door strips off my astra and it came off ok i just need to use a toffe wheel to remove the glue now but i tried to pull the rear quarter strip off and it ripped the paint off down the the bare metal so now im too scared to pull the others off incase this happens again..

what can i use to remove it without pulling the paint off?

Make sure you get some heat on it to soften the glue
