It's probably ALOT more than what you think it is, I personally charge £35 an hour freelance, but obviously studios charge double (and more) per hour.
It all depends on what is exactly needed, a logo for a company is the main thing and it takes a couple of hours to come up with a range of ideas as well as then take chosen ones further and then finalise the logo, so usuall the logo is the most expensive piece, i reckon 6+ hours for a logo is the usual timescale.
Leaflet isn't to hard once logo and colours are decided.
