Garmin maybe do supply the SAS but that isn't a deal breaker for me!!

Ive got a tom tom 1 and do about 5000 a month all using the sat nav. Never misses a beat and hasnt sent me to the wrong place yet. Very easy to use and even the basic ones can be updated to do europe/america etc by buyying maps online.

Only downside to any sat nav is the voices imo, I just have it muted all the time so it doesnt annoy me..

TomTom One. Got us through France, Switzerland and Lake Geneva, then back into France and Alpine roads no problem.

Even my dad can use it and that's saying something

People that have navmans will say, get a navman.

If they have Garmins, they'll say, get a garmin..... theres bugger all difference between them tbh

Except your fucking TomTom asked us to leave the motorway and do a u turn, so we did, then it asked us again, and again.

Got a TomTom 720T and really can't fault it. Never failed to get me to a destination yet and so easy to use. Also the Traffic diversion thing is great for long treks down country and the bluetooth handsfree for my mobile is perfectly adequate for what I need

Yeah, think you've got the same one I got last year Ben
Just plugs into the bottom of the tomtom and runs a wire round the windscreen.
Beeps when you're approaching traffic same as with speed cameras but I haven't set mine up fully to tell you more
