Author fog lights...i need some advice!!!!

i have a gsi kit on on my sport it has fogs.....im getting a front fog switch what else i need to get to get them working? cheers

tell me about it, ive got a gsi kit aswell..

need a pic of the back of a gsi bumper, well back of fog light..

im also in need of the switch and loom but was thinking of getting the loom out of a gls astra mk3 and switch so i know exactly where to run it to in the fuse box and to the lights/switch!!!! hope i can do some pics for this step by step im also needing the pics for the bumper and loom mk4_boy...

Talk to pow he wired up the fogs on lil g's gsi bumper.

i wouldn't do that. you are not meant to use your fog's in clear conditions so i'd always switch them seperately.

I wired mine up, got help from electrician, involved runngin live and earth of each port of fogs, then connecting them ones together, and running cable of join, so basically you end up with one wire for earth and one for +
not much help i know.

no need to go threw the fuse board. get some 15Amp in line blade fuses. there a lot easier. i just ran them to a simple flick switch inside the car .

you need, the switch, the switch holder and a relay,

then follow this, it works perfectly, ive done this on 2 corsas

it allows the foglights to come on when the sidelights are on, but they can be turned off.

very very easy 1 hour job maximum.

sorry kieranbravo21 i think i jumped the gun, do the sports come with a loom then? iv not got anything for mine but the bumper, fog lights and the switch i got today. just about to read the links now
