rite my gsi blows out dirty black water ( black ov coz of carbon deposit in exhaust) from the exhaust when revd up all up my drive lol but ive been told it could be head gasket. but thing is... its not over heating or losing water or oil and the oil cap isnt all gunky or oil in the water tank  so i dont want to go get head gasket done if it not that. any ideas?
also got slight tapping from the engine. sounds bit like a deasel ( soz cant spell)

Condensation in the exhaust, that's what I would put my money on

If it was from a headgasket failure I wouldn't have thought the water would make it from the manifold to the exhaust tip without being turned into steam.
I'd go with Ellis. Try cleaning the inside of the backbox, or just the tip and see if it stops it from going black anyway.

smokes not black but is a bit smokey like white/very light blue but that could be due to the cold weather.
ill have a go at taking exhaust off n let ya know

Condensation in exhaust to be expected this time of year.do you do short journeys or has the car been stood?
Tapping noise check your oil level first

If your not losing any coolant then it cant be your headgasket letting water into the cylinders, my money is on condensation too

cars been sitting for bout 3 months as i was on a ban. took it for drive n was bit smokey n idleing funny 2. but that the icv.
always let my car run for atleast 5- 10mins before driving it to give it time to warm up n oil to get round.
