Looks like bit of a dog. Hardly looked after with white trim, baring in mind that should be very dark grey. Bonnet looks in a bad way.

I wouldn't pay any more the £1k personally, even if the engine is sound with FSH.

Edit. If its a 1997 does that means its an R reg? If its an S I might stick a bid on that (private plates means it needs to be an s or newer)

i reckon about 800-900 looks like its got the rust spots at the bottom of the spoiler but cant really see and you can sort the trim out with a bit of back to black or whatever. if u get it u wanna sell the mudflaps

You'll need the back to black factory on those arch trims
