just wondering, how big in cm or inches roundabout are 1:43 scale models??

They are approximately 1/43 the size of a real one. I'm not being sarcastic either.

but as a guess for normal road cars around 10-12cm ?

Thanks for having a look but the price of that is extortion , a scale 1:43 for 25 quid just bought a scale 1:18 for that. Id have to have the original BBS RA's aswell just like the speedlines on the 205 , thanks for having a look though.
