as the guy who had it before me cut all the wires so i don't know whats what and im trying to get my boot popper to work

I've wired in my boot popper via the rear wiper motor wiring. iirc one of the wires was black/purple.
Only downside to using the wiper motor is the power is timed through a relay.
You'll either have to bypass the relay or live with a delay in opening the boot after you first open it.
I'm going to bypass the relay but haven't got round to it yet.

black/purple should be live and brown earth.
