Looks pretty cool.
The wheels need a little green hue to them and they should maybe be a little darker so they fit in with the rest of the image. The back wheel needs some negative camber too.
Colour change is okay, although theres something about it that makes it look unrealistic. I think its the highlights on the tops of the arches, and the colour of the reflections have been lost.
One last thing, the new mesh on the grill needs some shadow around the edges.
I like the side repeater on the mirror, and the new front splitter looks pretty good.
Lookin forward to seeing some more of your work in the competition.

The grille looks great apart from the shading and the mesh could prehaps be a little darker.

I've tweaked it slightly. I only have the low res jpeg to work from as I lost the original .PSD file.
