It's in and runs fine, idles spot on. Just one thing.

When I put my foot down a bit the EML came on and after that the car sort of juddered when accelerating. It was after I drove about 3 miles, I then came to a by-pass so I put my foot down hard and then it happened. A friend of mine said possibly the fuel pump.

It's running off the 1.4 ECU and the 1.4 Fuel Pump, will this help if I swop then for a 1.6 ect.?

Also the exhaust manifold is blowing, I don't think it will be to do with this, but your thoughts?

You will need to use a 1.6 ECU for a start.

Try just the 1.6 ECU first, before the fuel pump.

Yeah I think i'm going to have to. Would the exhaust manifold fault it with not enough back pressure? It is blowing quite badly.
