On my 1.6 sport my mate said it if take this clip out/disconnect it then it will make the car more responsive, im not sure if he was triyng to wind me up though, surely this isn't true?

Think he means mass air flow sensor mate but i wouldnt touch owt in that could mess it up big time n aint cheap to buy new.
