Going to clean the throttle body, took off the air box, and pipe after it, im right in thinking the pipe and the throttle body its self shouldnt have like a black gooey oil in it yeah? Should be nice and clean?

Normally they do mate, the cam cover breather recirculates into it.

Ahh, just EML keeps coming on odd times, doesnt effect the way it drives, just been told cleaning the throttle body might help.

Lack of correct maintenance tbh, if its an easy enough job i always clean the TB's and other areas, like idle control valves etc
