Right i downloaded window blinds and also downloaded a new theme/skin for to put on my vista laptop and that all works good!! but when i downloaded the wallpaper to with the theme/skin for it wont let me open the file as it says i need to download RAR. What is this and am i able to download it for free anywhere? cheers

.rar. is a file extension.

use Winrar.
