Its a 106, but 8v tuning is pretty much the same.

I dont think theres much more I can do to my 1.6 8v now I think, without going down the carbs route?

Its already got:

High lift cam & pulley
Ashley 4 branch
Decat, straight through exhaust
Filter
Raised rev limit
Ported and polished head (Apparently)

Thinking the 16v route is the only way to go now?

Wack your XSi on the rollers to see what bhp its pushing out.

A gti engine with induction and 4-2-1 usually sees 140bhp + ...

I am currently undergoing a 16v conversion to my own xsi, i bought a complete 16v conversion package engine box struts etc and with selling the bits i didnt use and selling the 8v engine in bits my conversion is currently break even. Which includes buying the induction kit and 4-2-1!
