Can be done with the box in situe but its not just a case of inspection plate off and disconect the clutch cable coz you wont get the bearing out with the shaft in the way. You need take the gearing out from inside the box iirc or just drop the box

You need to take off the inspection plate and a plate on the end of the gearbox torsa. you then need to remove a couple of things and the clutch will drop out. Best bet would be to get a garage or someone who knows what they are doing to do it.
My pal whos a mechanic done one with the car jacked up on the ground. Took him a couple of hours to do it.

I know wat im doing, as ive rebuilt and put the whole engine in, ive got no problem with getting my hands dirty
ive just not really looked into the gearbox side of things, but to be honest i coul;d take the gearbox within 30mins and do it that way
Cheers slammed corsa
