I think you can tighten it up from an adjuster under the gaiter.

The adjuster is on the rear beam.

adjust up your rear shoes first before you adjust the cable

i've found out what the problem was, iput the nut on the adjuster the wrong way, ooops.
Will need to take the drums back off tommorw to adjust it in there
