only way is prob guessing the anser to the question i had myn done ages ago but believe it or not i guessed the anser i just put the town they was from and it worked

E-mail hotmail explaining your situation, give them as much information as possible to prove that you're the original account owner, including your IP that you registered the account with, old passwords, any details that can be used to prove you're genuine.

I've got an account back before using this method.
