as above which injectors would be the best ones for the xe engine, which would i get best power gains with?
would changing my regulator on the fuel rail to 3.0 make a difference from standard....

any advice appreciated thanks

Unless you're doing something that's going to dramatically increase the amount of air getting to the engine (turbo, possibly TB's?) then there's absolutely no need as far as I'm aware.
