all of tonigh its been kicking me off when ever the phone goes why??

By your last reply sounds as though you have multiple phone sockets in the house, have you tried unplugging everything, and just using the 'test' socket (will be where the phone line enters your property from outside) and trying to replicate the problem? That will be one of the first things any of the support people will ask you I think

If the net goes when the phone rings it's almost always microfilters.

Try another filter, should only a couple quid if you haven't got a spare one - or get your ISP to provide you some new ones.
