No, soon as your 21 you book your theory, do that, then ring a bike school and book a test. its usually a 3 day course. day 1 is spent doing your cbt if you dont already have it, day 2 is tuition on a 500cc motorcycle, day 3 is a couple more hours tuition on your bike then in for your test.

yeah, I did it at 16, it expired when I turned 18 but I had passed my car test about 2 months before, but couldnt afford to buy and insure a car so I had to do another CBT so I could carry on using my scooter while I saved up

Exactly as Dizzy is saying
I just dont have £500 / £600 (which is the going rate for 3 and 5 day courses) for the DAS! Especially if I didnt pass first time Which I wouldnt expect to considering ive never sat on a bike before.
Good to hear youve seen the bike about dizzy as well, it sounded alright and has some decent history with it, while hes had it its had all its work done by Graham at D&Js
